Welcome to our Big House, a two-story villa that is perfect for 4-5 people, yet accommodating up to 9 guests. Nestled in the entrance area, this charming place has its own private garden, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere.On the ground floor, a spacious open kitchen awaits, overlooking the inviting dining room and lounge. A cozy single room and a convenient WC complete this level, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.Upstairs, two bright and airy rooms await your arrival, each with its own private bathroom. The first bedroom offers a king-size bed and a luxurious bathroom with a bath/shower and double sinks, providing a perfect spot to unwind and relax. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a well-appointed bathroom with a shower. Both rooms open up to balconies where you can breathe in the refreshing air and revel in relaxation.

Gecko House, the newest addition to the Emerald Village family, was completed in October 2018, this charming retreat features spacious rooms filled with natural light through its large windows. 

The main room boasts a double-sized bed, while the open mezzanine offers two single beds, providing ample space for families or groups of friends. With air conditioning and fans keeping the house cool day and night, you'll find yourself drawn to the L-Shaped terrace, where a native hammock and outdoor couch invite relaxation and socializing. 

The Gecko House's standout feature is its spacious bathroom with delightful blue tiles. Whether you prefer the bathtub or the refreshing rain shower with hot and cold water, you'll rejuvenate your body and soul for new adventures. 

For those seeking a unique experience, an outdoor shower provides a secluded oasis, allowing you to listen to the sounds of nature as you rinse off salt and sand after a surf session.

This single-story cottage features a well-equipped kitchen with a convenient bar table, providing the perfect spot to enjoy your meals. The refreshing bathroom with a shower ensures your comfort and convenience. The comfortable bedroom features a queen-size bed and air conditioning, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep.

Experience tranquility and relaxation at the Cottage House, where you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Siargao Island. 

Duplex 1 is divided into two sides at the rear of our garden. Relax on the large terrace furnished with a comfortable sofa, expansive dining table, and a relaxing hammock.

Inside, a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a safe, provides a homely atmosphere. Unwind in the bathroom, featuring a hot water shower. The lower ground floor boasts a bedroom with a double bed and views of the back terrace, while upstairs, a second spacious attic awaits, offering a double bed, single bed, and ample natural light from the large window.

Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort.

Duplex 2 is located at the rear of our property. Step onto the raised terrace, offering a heightened perspective and a sense of spaciousness.

While the interior configuration differs slightly from Duplex 1, you will discover an open kitchen, a safe, a bathroom with a hot shower, and a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and ceiling fan on the lower floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom, nestled under the roof, features ceiling fans above the double and single beds, ensuring a cool and cozy atmosphere.

Our newest apartment was completed in 2020 and is nestled just behind the Emerald Restaurant and Cafe, adjacent to the SPA. This apartment comprises two separate units, the Palm Tree and Coco Room, which can be rented together or individually.

The Palm Tree unit features one bedroom with air conditioning and a queen-sized bed, as well as a second bedroom with a fan and a single bed. It offers a bathroom with a hot shower and toilet. The apartment boasts a spacious living room with a dining table, also equipped with air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Adjacent to the Palm Tree unit is the Coco Room, featuring a bedroom with air conditioning and a king-sized bed, along with a bathroom equipped with a hot shower and toilet.

Our Palm Tree & Coco room are perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Siargao.

The Octopus house is a peaceful and quiet villa located at the back of the Emerald House property. It features 3 spacious bedrooms, equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Octopus house can be divided into 2 individual homes, each offering a unique and comfortable stay. The left side comprises a bedroom with air conditioning and wall fan facing its covered terrace, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Whereas the right side air-conditioned bedroom enjoys a larger terrace with a huge L-shape couch, providing the perfect spot to take in the beautiful surroundings. In the attic, above the right bedroom, a very bright mezzanine type bedroom and its bathroom can be rented along with the right bottom bedroom, providing additional space and comfort. The central part of the terrace is the shared area of Octopus house with a large open kitchen and its dining table, which can accommodate everyone. Consequently, if rented in 2 individual homes, the kitchen has to be shared with both sides. 

This beautiful, newly renovated villa is in Catangnan, about a 3-minute drive from Cloud9. It is not part of Emerald House Village.

Villa Patxa consists of two separate spaces, one on the right side of the villa, and one on the left side, each with its own entrance.

Villa Patxa South is the left-side villa. It features 3 fan bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 CRs, an outdoor shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, an outside porch, and a garden.

This beautiful, newly renovated villa is in Catangnan, about a 3-minute drive from Cloud9. It is not part of Emerald House Village.

Villa Patxa consists of two separate spaces, one on the right side of the villa, and one on the left side, each with its own entrance.

Villa Patxa North is the right-side villa. It features 2 fan bedrooms, a bathroom, CR, an outdoor shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, an outside porch, and a garden.
